A great thought partner will ask you for more context if it’s missing key information. Cove will sometimes create cards that give you the opportunity to fill in more information such as your preferences so it can provide more personalized assistance.

For example, if you’re buying a new car, Cove may create a card with blanks for the things it would like to know (budget, vehicle type, fuel-type).

When filling in preferences, you can either select one of the dropdown options or type any text. You can also add new preferences yourself - simply type any additional context that you think would be helpful to share with Cove.

Fill in your answers and click “Update”—Cove will refresh the content of the space to better suit your needs.
