To move content in and out of Cove, you can either Copy or Download the contents of a card.
Copy
To Copy, select the card and click on the Copy button from the menu 
The card contents will be copied to the clipboard (a temporary storage area of your computer OS). You can then paste the card contents within a space, across Cove spaces, or into other apps.
If you would like to copy only a portion of a card, highlight the area and use ⌘ + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (PC) to copy.
Download
To Download, select the card and click on the Download button from the menu 
You can download cards as DOCX, PDF and PNG.
