How to use Undo and Redo

You can undo or redo many actions in Cove.

Undo an action

To undo an action press Command+Z (Mac) or Ctrl+Z (PC) on your keyboard, or click on the Undo button on the top menu . You can select undo repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps.

Redo an action

To redo something you have undone, press Shift+Command+Z (Mac) or Shift+Ctrl+Z (PC) on your keyboard, or click on the Redo button on the top menu . Redo is only available after you've undone an action.

Work with earlier versions of a Cove space

You can also view, restore or copy earlier versions of a Cove space with Revision History.

Open the Chat History of a Cove space by clicking on the clock icon in the chatbox.

Click on any timestamp to open Revision History

To view an earlier version, select a timestamp from the right panel of Revision History.

To restore an earlier version, click Restore This Version. You can also make a copy or earlier versions of a space by clicking Copy to New Space.

Unable to see a previous version of your space? A revision is created each time Cove's AI makes a change to the space.
